Good times are on the horizon!

Trust is the inner knowing that after the bad times, good times will follow.
Like after the rain, somewhere in the future the sun shows up again.
It is the law of duality that predicts that the bad is followed up by the good and the good is followed up by the bad.
This polarity system of going back and forth keeps us moving forward.
The bad times are experienced as negative, while they contain many positive lessons for the future. So that we can enjoy the good times even more and more intense.

In difficult times like these, our trust is put up to the test.
This is called having faith
When we have faith, we actually say in other words that we know that the good times are around the corner.

The beauty of life lessons

The profound life lessons we are learning are not so much written in words, nor can you find them in books. Although many have written about them in books. The wisest lessons we are learning, so that we can grow on a human level,  are from the interaction with others. It is in the difficulty and in conflicting situations that we start to think about how things could be different. Only when life becomes uncomfortable, we start to invent these creative solutions. It is quite interesting to notice that when things seem ok, life seems to stagnate. The opposite is quite true. The feeling of ‘nothing ever happens in my life’ could be a trigger to make different choices again, so that things start to flow. Your heart knows your path

Everything is always easier said than done. This is very true for the spiritual path too. How many times haven’t I said to myself: “there you go, you’ve arrived to happiness. As if happiness is some sort of train station where you can step off and where you can walk through Happyland. The ego system always amazes me. Sometimes, I wish I could drown my ego, because it can be a pain in the ass, a real burden between what I’m saying I want and what I actually do about it to achieve my goal.
