Every day can be a party!

Every day can be a party, when you can dance on the tears of sorrow.
Every day is a party when you can be in the now moment.
Every day is a party when you can appreciate the simple things in life.
When you wake up in the morning, can you look at yourself, with honesty, in the mirror, valuing what you are and what you have in your life?
Even when you are ‘no thing’ or ‘some one’, is it not enough to know that you just exist?

If you don’t need a reason to throw a party, then why do you need a reason to celebrate your life?
You don’t need so much to start your party every single day.

Every day is a party when you see the comedy in every tragedy, because even in  the most painful life-experiences there hides a little joke.
Every day is a party when you allow yourself to see what you already have, instead of denying yourself this pleasure.
Maybe you don’t have much, but when you can celebrate ‘not having so much, which is still something, the party can begin.

Maybe you only have a roof above your head, then set that roof on fire, so that everyone knows you are celebrating life.

——-If this is my life then it’s good——-
With all the pain, sorrow and suffering
With all the grief, sadness and anger
With all the disappointments, anxiety, frustration and confusion

I have a roof and I have food
I have some family and people that care about me
i have the company of myself to get me through the darkness
I have my guides and angels that guide me
I have high hopes
I have the opportunity to experience life in its full spectrum.
I have potentials that are uncovered.
I have a future to look after
With all that goes wrong
At least I have

I can choose, I can be and I can do
I am a free spirit

I can accept, surrender and forgive.
I can ask, pray and receive
this is life in a nutshell,

I am grateful for what I have
I am grateful for that I am
I am
If this is my life, then it’s good.

So… you write all these texts and publish them for your fun, but who are you men?

I do find it a challenge to talk about who I am with others. I do struggle to find ways to express the unusual things that happen in my life. Often I receive thoughts, ideas and realisations about things I could do to make this world a little bit more beautiful. Sometimes new ideas pop up in my head about creating pieces of art. I receive many suggestions, mostly in an instant, about life itself and about human behaviour. I see from some things why they are functioning in the they function. Often when I talk to people I just know the solution to their problems.  I discovered that I am a healer too. With for example a reiki treatment I can channel energies that are healing for body, mind and emotion. But as I already mentioned. I find it difficult to talk about it. and to express these things. So usually I shut my mouth.  Continue reading So… you write all these texts and publish them for your fun, but who are you men?

The beauty of life lessons

The profound life lessons we are learning are not so much written in words, nor can you find them in books. Although many have written about them in books. The wisest lessons we are learning, so that we can grow on a human level,  are from the interaction with others. It is in the difficulty and in conflicting situations that we start to think about how things could be different. Only when life becomes uncomfortable, we start to invent these creative solutions. It is quite interesting to notice that when things seem ok, life seems to stagnate. The opposite is quite true. The feeling of ‘nothing ever happens in my life’ could be a trigger to make different choices again, so that things start to flow. After all, Why should you move if all is right?  Continue reading The beauty of life lessons

I want you to know

Dear reader,

I want you to know that you are not alone. You are not helpless.
You might feel this way and that is oke.
I want you to know that with you there are many others who feel lost, who feel alone, isolated and misunderstood.
With you there are many others who question life, themselves, the status quo, society and existence on this earth.

I want you to know that you are being supported, once you allow to be supported.
I want you to know that you are loved, when you allow others to love you.
You are being understood once you understand yourself.
You are receiving answers whenever you find your peace inside the center of your body. Continue reading I want you to know

You are more special than you think!

The idea that spirituality is only for a select group of people stems from very old ideas about who was able to serve god. These ideas are still imprinted into our consciousness. When we have a religious or spiritual problem we go to our priest, rabbi, imam, guru, shaman, psychologist, for a solution. You tell them your story and you expect that they will come with an suitable answer. This is what they have studied for. It is their job.

The middleman is supposed to be the translator, the communicator between you and the divine. And it is true. Some people are better in making the connection than others. Some people have this gift, while others have many other gifts. Thank god these people are here to help others. Thank god these humans exist and offer their help so that the symbolical, universal language becomes understandable in human language. When spirit communicates with us, it could be through metaphors, symbols and dreams, but also through thoughts, feelings and visions (and many many other ways). When you really need to receive a message, you will receive it through the channel that suits you most. Eventually you will understand the message. My happy birthday wish for you!

On the 20th of march I celebrated my birthday and usually I’m not so much into celebrating my own birthday. I just find the tradition strange. What have I done to live another year? It is through you that I exist. It is because of the people in my life or who used to be in my life that I learn and grow as a person. Especially those who are not in my life anymore, I salute you. The lessons have been learned and I’m very grateful for that. For those who are in my life, thank you so much. I would like to share my birthday wish for this year.

I wish you a peaceful life from now until the very end of your days.
May you be filled with joy and satisfaction. May your worst days now become your best days later.
May the sun rise just for you and shine it’s warm light upon you.
May the wind blow over you and rejuvenate your energy.
May the rain wash away your sorrows and your fears.
May the birds sing your name in glory.
May the bees produce an extra jar of sweet honey, just for you and may the flowers blossom when you walk by.
May the trees salute you and may the grass giggle of joy when you play like a child.
May the universe bless you with infinite abundance. May you have the courage to find out who you are.
May you surf on the flow of life, while you smile like an idiot.
May your stomach be filled with tasty food. And may harmony be your favorite song. May other humans see your value, because you are so much more loved than you realise. This is my wish for you and so it is.

Love has won!

Today has been such a tough day for me.
From the moment I opened my eyes the following question hijacked my mind: What am I?
eeehhhh….

So many questions I asked myself during the last couple of years and so many answers came to me. I thought I was done searching and here I am again. I found a new question to seek answers for. Continue reading Love has won!
